Deep-frozen round cake based on a chocolate cake (4%), filled and decorated with chocolate ganache (30%). Topped with chocolate shavings (3.5%) and cocoa powder (0.3%). Pre-cut, ready to serve.
Instructions for use:
First take the products out of the packaging.
Let thaw for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Once defrosted, store chilled (max 7°C) and consume within 72 hours.
DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
